Rob Shaver’s Bio

Rob is thankful from the bottom of his heart for the opportunity to be able to share through music. Rob was diagnosed with stage 4 Ewing’s Sarcoma in 2004, and then after a lengthy remission again in 2011. He is currently cancer-free for almost three years and has been growing out his hair ever since. 😉 Rob has performed music for many years. He has vocal training that ranges from rock to classical. He has been seen in stage performances that include Les Miserables, Ragtime, The Who’s Tommy, The Black Nativity and the Ethics Follies Age of Rock. He has been a guest soloist on numerous occasions for everything from choirs to T.V. pilots. Rob has a B.A. in Religion, B.S. in Chemistry, and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and is also a certified Yoga instructor. “My experience as someone with cancer has been the most difficult as well as the most beautiful, anchoring, and perspective giving experience of my life.
